In order to qualify for the student rate, you need to be registered as a student (full or part-time in undergraduate or graduate degree programs, up to 12 months after the date of their doctoral degree) during registration process. To apply for the student rate, you will be required to submit a proof of your student status (ideally a student card showing your name, university/organization and card expiry date) for verification.
** For low and low-middle income countries’ delegates
You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low or low- middle income country if you currently live and study or work in a low or low-middle income country as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list). If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low or low-middle income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate.
In order to receive LOW and LOW-MEDIUM Income countries registration rate, you need to send us a proof of your nationality. Please upload a copy of your ID (showing photo, name and nationality) during registration process for verification.
Credit Card Payments Online
Credit Card payment is the only payment available. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services.
Acknowledgements
Your payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
